SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS for ALP-ADRIA CHAMPIOSHIP RACE ROUND 5 & 6 AJDOVSCINA (SLOVENIA) 12.-13.06. 2010. The RACING CLUB SLOVENIJA will promote the round 5 and 6 of the 2010 individual Alpe Adria Enduro Championship in all classes. The event will be held in accordance with Sporting Code of the UEM, Alpe Adria and AMZS, together with the relevant Appendices, these Supplementary Regulations and any final Instructions approved by the Jury. The event will be held on 12th and 13th June 2010, at AJDOVSCINA, Slovenia 1. ENTRIES Entries must be made on the official entry form, confirmed by the FMN and sent 7 days before the event. After this deadline the organizer is not obliged to accept any rider to this competition. Entry forms must be sent to e-mail address jaka@seles.si or by fax +386 1 78 61 200. Entry fee is 60 EUR (for one day race fee is 45 EUR) and must be paid during administrative control. ADMINISTRATIVE VERIFICATION It will take place at Ajdovščina – Goriška cesta 75 (+ GPS coordinate) on: - 11.06.2010 from 18:00 to 20:00 - 12.06.2010 from 7:00 to 10:00 - 13.06.2010 from 7:00 to 10:00 At administrative verification the rider must submit: - valid FIM, UEM or National licence - driving licence - start permission 6. TECHNICAL INSPECTION It will take place at Ajdovščina – Goriška cesta 75 (+ GPS coordinate) on: - 11.06.2010 from 18:00 to 20:00 - 12.06.2010 from 7:00 to 10:00 - 13.06.2010 from 7:00 to 10:00 Each motorcycle must be road legal for Country in which it is registered, and comply with all requirements of UEM Sporting Code. A noise test will be carried out in accordance with the Technical Rules. At technical inspection the rider must submit: All riders must present his helmet. - Bike registration documents (with frame number) - Motorcycle insurance – International Insurance Certificate (Green Card for non EU riders) - Helmet Starting numbers will be the same as for Croatian championship and riders must assure their own numbers (organizer will not provide any starting numbers). 7. STARTING ORDER Start of Day 1 will be at 12:00. Start of Day 2 will be at 12:00. 7.1. Class E1 7.2. Class E2 7.3. Class E3 7.4. Class Junior 7.5. Class Veterans 8. COURSE Day 1: The course for the first day shall consist of 2 laps of approximately 60 km, which will include 2 time controls per lap. There will be a total of 2 special tests per lap. Day 2: The course for the second day shall consist of 2 laps of approximately 60 km, which will include 2 time controls per lap. There will be a total of 2. special tests per lap. The location and length of each test shall be displayed at the secretariat of the event on from 11.06.2010 at 16:00 on. 9. HEADQUARTER AND JURY MEETINGS The headquarter for the event will be at the secretariat of the event and the office will be open from 11.06.2010 from 16:00. The 1st Jury meeting will be held on 12.06.2010 at 9:00. Time for other Jury meetings will be decided by the Jury and be displayed on the Jury room door. 10. RESULTS Unofficial results will be announced on Info board 30 minutes after the end of the race. Official results will be announced on Info board after last meeting of the Jury. PRIZE / AWARD GIVING CEREMONY Prize / award giving ceremony for all classes will take place at VERTIGO CLUB –A JDOVŠČINA at 18.00. 12. ENVIRONMENT Every rider and accompanying persons must respect the provisions of the FIM, UEM and AMZS rules for Environment. The use of environmental carpets is obligatory during the whole event. Also all motorcycles must stay on environmental carpets at the riders’ paddock.
